Communication is used in everyday life and it's all around us. In business, it has an important role because without it organization could not operate. Communication with colleagues and clients represents a business success or failure. Therefore, the priority of every businessman is to master high-quality communication in order to improve the performance of the business. Negotiating, as an important part of communication, is used in everyday business. It can help solving problems if there is a conflict with clients and suppliers, where both parties seek the same goal. In order to prevent conflicts in the negotiations, non-violent communication is applied. It allows people to be more able to listen to the other side and thus realize their views, wishes, and needs. Nonviolent communication is focused on the needs and feelings and it encourages goodwill and sincerity. The process of nonviolent communication consists of determining the problems, naming one's emotions, analyzing needs and assertive search. This method of communication prefers listening and compassion and people become able to listen to others. Patience, as one of the virtues, helps a person to become a pleasant interlocutor. If a person does not agree with somebody or something in a negotiation, she has to expose that in a calm and clear way and thus avoid a fight with another person.This helps avoid misunderstandings, keeps relations with another person and oftentimes other people's dignity.
