E-advertising is the cheapest and the easiest way of advertising products and services through the Internet. The main goal and the purpose of work is the understanding and the application of e-advertising in Croatia. Development of the Internet has opened up many possibilities for communication and thus Internet has become an advertising media. With the help of the Internet, a customer can search for different types of ads and also get all the necessary information about the product. The only drawback is shown in unauthorized ways of advertising that are not appropriate for children and minors. E-advertising involves using various tools, services, and applications in order to reach a larger number of visitors. The most common forms of e-advertising in Croatia are through Google, Youtube and Facebook. Google is the leading browser in the world where advertising is based on keywords that users type into a search engine. Facebook is the largest social network. Advertising on Facebook is performed by placing ads on users profiles and they are sold that way. Facebook also enables you to create various groups involving a larger number of users, so the exchange of products and services is more accessible and easier. Youtube has offered a new way of advertising through video clips. Youtube also offers several types of ads, those who appear before, during and after the video users are viewing. In Croatia, e-advertising is becoming more and more popular because the number of people who use the Internet is growing. The most common way of advertising in Croatia is through social networks such as Facebook and Youtube, while the most invested advertising is through banner ads which are the most common form of advertising on the Internet.
