Abstract | Menadžment je proces oblikovanja i održavanja okoline u kojoj pojedinci,
radeći zajedno u skupinama, efikasno ostvaruju ciljeve organizacije. Menadžer je osoba
zadužena za usmjeravanje i motiviranje drugih ljudi kako bi se ostvarili prethodno isplanirani
ciljevi organizacije. Postoje tri razine menadžmenta, kao što su menadžment najviše razine,
menadžment srednje razine i menadžment prve razine. Menadžment kao proces dijeli se na
pet funkcija, a to su planiranje, organiziranje, upravljanje ljudskim potencijalima, vođenje i
kontroliranje. Planiranje je prva i najvažnija procesna funkcija menadžmenta. Od planiranja
počinje svaki posao. Važno je isplanirati što će organizacija raditi u budućnosti. Glavne
zadatke definira vrhovni menadžment. On definira strategiju organizacije, viziju, misiju i
ciljeve. Bez njih ni jedna organizacija ne može uspjeti. Menadžment srednje razine zadužen je
za taktičko planiranje, zato što najbolje upravlja aktivnostima i rješava problema na razini
organizacijskih funkcija. Operativni menadžment zadužen je za specifične procese i
procedure, odnosno on planira najniže svakodnevne zadatke. Proces planiranja sastoji se od
nekoliko koraka, a to su analiza okoline, definiranje vizije, misije, ciljeva, definiranja
strategija i planova te implementacija planova i evaluacija dobivenih rezultata. Metode u
planiranju su klasične i suvremene. Klasične metode planiranja su predviđanje i terminiranje.
Suvremene metode planiranja su scenarijsko i kontigencijsko planiranje, projektni i krizni
menadžment. |
Abstract (english) | Management is a process of shaping and maintaining an environment in which individuals, working together in groups, efficiently achieve the goals of the organization. A manager is a person in charge of leading and motivating other people to achieve the previously planned goals of the organization. There are three levels of management, such as top – level management, middle – level management and first – level management.
Management as a process is divided into five functions: planning, organizing, staffing, leading and managing. Planning is the first and the most important function of management. Planning is the starting point of every business. It is important to plan what will the organization do in the future. Top level management defines the main tasks. It defines organization's strategy, mission, vision, and goals. There is no organization that can succeed or exist without them. Medium level management is in charge of tactical planning because this type of management is the best for managing activities and solving problems at the level of operational functions. Operational management is in charge of specific processes and procedures, in fact, the plan of operational management is to manage the lowest day to day tasks. The process of planning consists of analyzing the surroundings, defining the vision, mission, goals, defining the strategy and plans, implementing plans and evaluating achieved results. Planning methods can be classic and modern. Classic methods of planning are prediction and termination. Modern methods of planning are scenarios planning, contingency planning, project management and crisis management. For a real-life example, I chose Hrvatski Telekom d.d. |
