Work wants to show the importance of adopting and applying ethical principles in the organization, especially in human resource management. Human Resource Management has the function of creating a balance between employees and organizational goals. In order to achieve this balance, it is very important to devise strategies and approaches based on which employees access will be based. In order to facilitate management and management of human resources in the best possible way, it is safest to follow the ethical principles. There are three ethical principles: clear written rules and expectations, transparent implementation of written rules and expectations, and impartiality and equality. If all three ethical principles are applied within human resources management, it is to be expected that a worker who is committed to the organization will be created, auspicious of progress (both individual and organizational), motivated and satisfied. Such a worker is the greatest asset of every organization because it often contributes much more than expected. In addition to this, this approach from a long-term perspective creates a unique, measurable and concrete competitive advantage. Long-term violation of ethical principles in the human resources management segment can only bring negative consequences that are once and permanently irreparable. In order to reduce or prevent such situations, organizations create special documents based on which decisions on destinies (termination of employment, benefits, possibility of promotion, etc.) of employees are made.
