Abstract
Diplomski rad bavi se ulogom motivacije u upravljanju ljudskim potencijalima i pokušati će dati odgovoriti na pitanje koliko je motivacija ključna u upravljanju ljudskim potencijalima. Kroz teorijski dio rada prvo će bit obrađena tema ljudskih potencijala i njihovoj važnosti za organizaciju, nakon toga analizirati će se pojam motivacije, zatim tehnike motivacije. Prije samog zaključka u 5. poglavlju rada biti će izneseni rezultati anketnog ispitivanja koje je provedeno preko online anketiranja. Anketiranje se provodilo u Hrvatskoj i Irskoj a motiv anketiranja je dobiti odgovore na pitanja o motivaciji, koliko često su ljudi na svojim radnim mjestima motivirani nekom od tehnika i postoje li razlike u tome između Hrvatske i Irske.
Abstract (english)
This graduate work examines the role of motivation in human resource management and will try to answer the question of how motivation is the key to managing human resources. Through the theoretical part of the paper, the topic of human resources will be discussed first and their importance for the organization, after which the concept of motivation will be analyzed, followed by the technique of motivation. Prior to the conclusion in Chapter 5, the results of the survey conducted through online surveys will be presented. The survey was conducted in Croatia and Ireland, and the motive for polling is to get answers to questions about motivation, how often people are motivated by some of the techniques presented in the paper at their workplaces, and whether there are any differences between Croatia and Ireland.
