Abstract
Diplomski rad „Poslovna i menadžerska etika“ podijeljen je u tri dijela. U prvom dijelu se daje poimanje pojmova što je etika, što je moral, definiranje poslovne etike te kada se pojavljuje, koji su subjekti poslovne etike i etički pristupi, objašnjenje etičkog i neetičkog ponašanja. Drugi se dio odnosi na menadžersku etiku, moralne obaveze i vrste moralnosti kod menadžera, navode se razlozi koji dovode do neetičnosti menadžera, etičke vrijednosti i norme koje se uzimaju u obzir kod donošenja odluka, etičke dileme kod donošenja odluka, etički kodeks, njegovi ciljevi, menadžerski etički kodeks te društvena odgovornost i provođenje politike društvene odgovornosti. Posljednji treći dio rada odnosi se na primjer etičkog kodeksa INA grupe.
Abstract (english)
Final thesis „Business and Managerial Ethics“ is divided in three parts. First part provides understanding of concepts such as ethics, morale, definition of business ethics and its origins, subjects of business ethics and ethical approaches, as well as explanation of ethical and unethical behavior. Second part of thesis refers to managerial ethics, moral obligations and types of morality among managers and states reasons which lead to unethical behavior of manager. Furthermore, it states ethical values and normes taken into account while making a decision, ethical dilemmas in decision-making, code of ethics and its goals, managerial code of ethics but also social resposibility and the implementation of policy of social responsibility. The final, third part of the thesis refers to example of the code of ethics of INA Group.
