Abstract
Komunikacija je bitna za svaki segment života, pa tako i za poslovno okruženje. Komunikacija je složeni proces putem kojeg pošiljatelj šalje određenu poruku primatelju. Poslovna komunikacija se može odvijati unutar ili izvan organizacije. Najvažnija podjela komunikacije je na verbalnu i neverbalnu komunikaciju. Verbalna komunikacija se dijeli na pisanu i govorenu komunikaciju. Neverbalna i verbalna komunikacija su nedjeljive i ne mogu postojati jedna bez druge. Neverbalna se komunikacija još naziva i „govor tijela“. Neverbalna komunikacija prati verbalnu, a obuhvaća elemente kao što su okolina, prostor, fizičke značajke sugovornika, pogled, izraz lica, geste, dodir, udaljenost između sugovornika… Ona može postati dvosmislena što uvelike otežava njezino tumačenje. U poslovnom svijetu neverbalna komunikacija može biti presudna, jer ako ne prati verbalnu može doći do pogrešnog tumačenja.
Abstract (english)
Communication is important in every area of life, including the business environment. Communication is a complex process by which the sender sends a specific message to the receiver. Business communication can take place inside or outside the organization. The most important division of communication is the verbal and nonverbal communication. Verbal communication is divided into written and spoken communication. Non-verbal and verbal communications are inseparable and can’t exist without each other. Non-verbal communication is also called the "body language". Non-verbal communication accompanies verbal and includes elements such as the environment, space, physical features interlocutor, view, facial expression, gestures, touch, and the distance between participants... It can become ambiguous which greatly complicates its interpretation. In the business world, non-verbal communication can be crucial. If it’s not accompanied by verbal it can cause misinterpretation.
