Abstract
U radu „SWOT analiza – interpretiranje analize vanjske i unutarnje okoline“ razmatramo pojam menadžmenta, definiranje vanjske i unutarnje okoline, te funkcija planiranja. Menadžment se pojavljuje u svim organizacijama kao ključan faktor za ostvarenje ciljeva. Uspješnost menadžmenta biti će određena čimbenicima iz okoline u kojoj djeluje. Menadžment ne može utjecati na vanjsku okolinu menadžment dok na unutarnju može djelovati u potpunosti. Menadžment se sastoji od 5 funkcija, a jedna od najvažnijih je funkcija planiranja. Planiranje kao prva funkcija menadžmenta je postala neizbježan dio menadžerskog posla. Za analizu okoline poduzeća najvažnija metoda je SWOT analiza. Poduzeća bi trebala raditi SWOT analizu najmanje jednom godišnje jer će biti korisna menadžerima ako pomno prouče snage, slabosti, prilike i prijetnje za osiguranje uspjeha poduzeća. Posljednji dio rada je primjer iz prakse knjigovodstvenog servisa „Ratel”.
Abstract (english)
In work “SWOT analysis – interpretation of the analysis of external and internalenvironment” we are examining concept of management, defining internal and external environment as well as planning function. Management is appearing in all organizations as a key factor for achieving goals. Success of management will be defined with actors from environment in which it works. Management can’t effect on external environment of management but on internal it can affect completely. Management is consisting from five functions and one of most important is planning function. As first function, planning of management became inescapable part of management business. For company’s analysis, most important method is SWOT analysis. Company’s should be doing SWOT analysis at least once a year because it will be useful for manager’s if they carefully investigate strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to assure company’s success. Last part of this work is example from practice from accounting service “Ratel”.
