Employee motivation through reward system is a broad subject that comprises many important factors. One of the most important things is, of course, organizing human resources, assessing and administering them an opportunity for career development. The essence of the organization is that people strive together toward achieving a goal and by doing so achieving mutual progress for the well-being of all the employees, as well as of the company. Employees have the desire to work if they can develop their career, i.e. if there is an investment into their knowledge, and that can be achieved by different seminars, educations and motivational speeches that encourage them to be better by the day; both for themselves and whole organization and working environment. All of that would not be possible if employees were not motivated in some way and it is known that motivation is the key to the psychological state of man. Motivating can be done in different ways: monetary awards, days off, regulated working hours, although not necessary. If a working team is made up of excellent people, communication between management and the employees is the key, so often a kind word is enough to get people started to do something for the good of everyone.
