Abstract
Rad se bavi marketingom na društvenim mrežama. Društveni mediji su više od medija, golemi su kulturni pomak koji je duboko utjecao na način na koji društvo rabi internet. Društvene mreže nisu samo promijenile interakciju među ljudima, već su promijenile tehnologiju i načine oglašavanje na internetu. Dovele su do novog načina komunikacije između poslovnih subjekata i potrošača te su tako zamijenile tradicionalne medije. Potrošači žele dobru angažiranost firmi, a u današnje vrijeme postoji takva mogućnost. Upravo tu se ističu društvene mreže koje nude svježe i iskrene povratne informacije u stvarnom vremenu. Društvene mreže za poslovne korisnike su stvorene s ciljem privlačenja što većeg broja korisnika za što veće prihode. Za vođenje marketinga na društvenim mrežama, važno je izabrati najbolji medij te razraditi dobar marketinški plan. Cilj je rada kroz teoriju i praktične primjere pružati uvid u društvene mreže i prikazati značaj i stvaranje marketinga na društvenim mrežama odnosno oglašavanje na Facebooku, Instagramu i LinkedInu. Na kraju je prikazan projekt kampanje „Uzgoj i prodaja jagoda by Mia Seđak“ u kojem je objašnjeno kako napraviti oglašavanje odnosno promociju i povećati svjesnost korisnika za postojanje te stranice, a sve je objašnjeno na Facebooku putem voditelja poslovanja.
Abstract (english)
This undergraduate dissertation focuses on marketing on social media. Social media is more than media, it is a great cultural shift that has profoundly influenced the way society uses the Internet. Social media has changed social interaction and it has also changed the technology and ways of advertising on the Internet. It leds to a new way of communicating between business entities and consumers. Social networks have replaced the traditional media. Consumers want more company engagement and now there is a possibility for that too. This is where social media has a big part, offering fresh and honest feedback in real time. Social media for business customers are created with a goal to attract more users to have higher revenue. To run marketing on social media, it's important to choose the best media and create a marketing plan. The aim of this paper is to provide social media and demonstrate the importance and how to create the content of marketing on social media and advertising on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn through theory and practical examples. In the last part project "Farming and selling strawberries by Mia Seđak" is featured and explained how to make Facebook advertising and how to increase awerness of users for existing page through Business Manager.
