Abstract
Cilj ovog rada je prikazati i objasniti značenje menadžmenta ljudskih resursa unutar poslovne organizacije, ali i unutar sportske organizacije gdje se naglasak stavlja na ljudske resurse koji su u ovom slučaju sportaši, treneri, ali i ostalo osoblje koje ima određenu ulogu u sportskom sustavu. Gledajući u povijest, sport je oduvijek imao važnu ulogu u životu pojedinih ljudi, odnosno sportaša, no današnji oblik sporta razlikuje se po sve većem profesionalizmu te posvećenosti ljudi koji se njime bave. Pojavom globalizacije te naglim razvojem tehnologije, ali i pojavom modernijeg načina života sve se više počinje ulagati i u razvoj sporta. U sportu se češće počinje koristiti pojam menadžment te se uvode novi načini organiziranja, upravljanja i velika se važnost pridaje ljudskim resursima unutar same sportske organizacije kao njezinim glavnim pokretačima. Kako bi se pravilno i kvalitetno upravljalo ljudskim resursima osnivaju se i posebno specijalizirani odjeli unutar organizacija za postizanje što boljih rezultata. Svrha ovog rada je kroz teoretski dio, ali i primjere iz prakse prikazati sličnost poslovne i sportske organizacije. Primjer iz prakse odnosi se na kompleksnu organizaciju Olimpijskih igara u kojoj je potrebno organizirati mnoštvo ljudi koji su potrebni za provedbu. Menadžeri ljudskih resursa u ovakvim situacijama moraju biti visokokvalificirane osobe, spremne na rizik, ali i iznimno predani svojem poslu kako bi na posljetku sve funkcioniralo besprijekorno.
Abstract (english)
The goal of this work is to show and explain meaning of human resource management in business organization and within sports organization where the accent is on human resources like athletes, coaches and others in a sports system. Looking in the past, sport has always had important role in people's lives, especially athletes. Today's kind of sport has many differences in professionalism and athlete's dedication. Globalization, rapid development of technology and modern lifestyle led to sports development and people started to invest more. The term management has become more and more used when it comes to the sports. New methods of organization and managing has been introduced to the most important human resources in sports organization who has become their main initiators. In order to manage with human resources properly and to achieve the best results there have been established a special kinds of departments within organizations. The purpose of this work is to show, through theory and examples from practice, similarity between business and sports organization. The example from practice refers to a complex organization of the Olimpyc games where a large number of people is needed for its implementation. Managers of human resources in this kinds of situations have to be highly qualified, ready to take a risk and they have to be extremely dedicated to their jobs so that everything can be flawless.
