It turned out that during the crisis one should pay particular attention to the employees because they are the first target of the crisis. There is the fall of the value system and demotivation among employees that is to be removed with motivation and a reward system. Also, it is evident that the crisis is not only a burden on the backs of employees but also plays an important role on the manager whose work must encourage employees to work together with him so that a crisis affects the company with the least negative consequences. It can be concluded that the surviving the crisis is possible with a competent and effective manager who with proper conduct and management of its employees, with two-way communication, may bring the company to a state where she is able to overcome the crisis with minimal losses and negative consequences for the business.
