This paper defines the concept of ISO standards 26000 – Social responsibility and SA 8000 – Social Accountability. There are listed some basic principles of health management and social responsibility management in order to further clarify the standards observed in the paper. Integrated system management represents an essential component of every modern company and it is used to obtain the overall picture of all parts of the company, thus the unification of all business goals, mission and vision. For purpose of getting acquainted with integrated management systems, the advantages and disadvantages of implementing a management systems are explained before explaining of the practical application of integrated management systems in Avon. Beside general overview of the company and a detailed analysis of the external and internal environment of Avon using pestel, 5F and SWOT analysis, the paper shows the appliance of ISO 26000 – Social responsibility and SA 8000 – Social Accountability in the company as well as which non-compliances with these standards come within the company. Using the knowledge from theoretical part of paper, in order to show integrated management systems and conducting an internal audit in practice as simple as possible, a task of the paper is made. Based on that the main result and contribution of this paper is accomplished, which means that practical using of conducting an internal audit in Avon has been showed.
