Abstract | Rad se bavi analizom povezanosti eno gastronomije i razvoja turizma na području Baranje. Baranjsko područje je turistička sredina u kojoj su dostupni razni oblici turizma. Baranja se danas razvila u turističku destinaciju turizama raznih oblika gdje vodeće mjesto zauzimaju eno gastro turizam, ruralni turizam te turizam zaštićenih područja. Eno gastro turizam je najzastupljeniji oblik turizma. „Otvaranjem“ destinacije javljaju se nove poslovne ideje koje doprinose boljitku turizma, ulaže se u infrastrukturne i smještajne objekte sve kako bi se privukli gosti željni autentičnog doživljaja. Povezivanjem kulture i gastronomije javljaju se novi turistički proizvodi koji gostima nude izazove. Duh simbioze kulture i baštine očituje se najviše u eno-gastronomiji, širokim paletama događanja u kojima se može sudjelovati te se na taj način ispunjavaju uvjeti za razvoj turizma. Svojim aktivnostima turizam doprinosi očuvanju i boljitku ruralnog prostora, potiče razvoj destinacije, zapošljava lokalno stanovništvo. Osim prirodnih i ljudskih resursa, prostor Baranje oživljava bogatu kulturnu, povijesnu i eno gastronomsku baštinu. Eno gastronomska ponuda na turističkim gospodarstvima Baranje je vrlo važna za turiste prilikom posjeta te kao takva otkriva paletu gastronomskih bogatstva od kojih su najvažniji proizvodi: baranjski kulen, slavonska šunka, čvarci, tlačenica i raznovrsna alkoholna pića (vina, rakije) proizvedena na baranjskim imanjima. U radu se prikazuju potencijali gastronomske ponude Baranje kao područja koje je osnova za razvoj eno gastro i ruralnog turizma. Gastronomska ponuda Baranje temelji se na tradiciji i kulturi te utjecaju povijesnih zbivanja na ovim prostorima koji su ostavili trag sve do danas. |
Abstract (english) | This diploma thesis is based on the analysis of the connection between gastronomy and tourism development in the area of Baranja. The Baranja area is a tourist environment in which various forms of tourism are available. Today, Baranja has developed into a tourist destination with tourism of various forms, where the leading place is occupied by gastro tourism, rural tourism and tourism in protected areas. Eno gastro tourism is the most common form of tourism. With the "opening" of the destination, new business ideas are emerging that contribute to the betterment of tourism, investments are being made in infrastructure and accommodation facilities in order to attract guests who want an authentic experience. By connecting culture and gastronomy, new tourist products appear that offer guests challenges. The spirit of symbiosis of culture and heritage
is most evident in eno-gastronomy, a wide range of events in which you can participate and thus meet the conditions for the development of tourism.
Through its activities, tourism contributes to the preservation and improvement of rural areas, encourages the development of the destination, employs the local population. In recent years, the interests of guests are experiencing changes, developing several forms of tourism that offer guests a wide range of activities that greatly meet expectations, and the end result is the realization of economic benefits for all stakeholders in the service process. In addition to natural and human resources, the area of Baranja revives a rich cultural, historical and gastronomic heritage. The gastronomic offer on the tourist farms of Baranja is very important for tourists when visiting and as such reveals a range of gastronomic riches of which the most important products are: Baranja kulen, Slavonian ham, greaves, pressed and various alcoholic beverages (wines, brandies) produced on Baranja estates. The paper presents the potentials of the gastronomic offer of Baranja as an area that is the basis for the development of gastronomic and rural tourism. The gastronomic offer of Baranja is based on tradition and culture and the influence of historical events in this area that have left their mark to this day. |
